Job description

• Collaboration with the business development manager on proposals for clients and attending meetings with business development
• Implementing the best practices and coding standards of the project together with developers
• Reporting for all the weekly tasks in the form of accurate and detailed reports to the management team
• Working closely with the finance team to make sure that all the invoices and third-party payments are completed in a timely manner
• Ensure that team is working as per assigned procedures and constantly improving productivity and efficiency of the assigned tasks
• To keep a consistent quality check on the development conduct testing for the entire system together
• Identify project risks and reporting to clients with suitable solutions in the provided report format
• Making sure that team is proactive with clients’ request and ensure the response time to clients are in timely manners

UI/UX Designer

What you will be doing?

Who are you?

– You must be proficient in multiple digital tools used to implement UI/UX designs
– A drive to stay abreast of UI and UX trends
– Design prototypes for web and mobile user interfaces that demonstrate the appearance and behavior of implemented features
– Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect execution across all project deliverables
– Strong interpersonal skills and excellent organizational and communication skills
– Balance great design with short deadlines and multiple priorities
– Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant field with at least 2 years of experience in UI and UX design of web and mobile applications
– Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
– Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications
– Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers
– Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages
– Proficiency in designing interfaces and building clickable prototypes using Sketch, InVision, Axure, etc.,

Senior Designer

• Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
• 4+ years of experience with a strong aesthetic, a fast design hand and a passion for digital and print
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent organizational and communication skills
• Video editing and motion graphics skills are a BIG plus
• Graphic Design Certifications and/or degree required
