Challenge

Take over from their previous agency three years ago to help them address many ongoing criticisms or protests from NGOs, local communities and the media and then build and support their reputation going forward to keep attracting more tenants and positive international/CSO community relations.

 

Strategy

We firstly created a plan to address some protests and negative news being spread in the media about them from a local NGO – we did this successfully and then began to help manage upcoming possible problems together with our client. We continue to use social listening, monitoring and reporting to understand any potential crisis or problem and we regularly do media relations to support their community outreach activities.
